prior to or upon leaving the office of President of the United States to issue official pardons for all non violent mari

requesting that our president issue partons for all non violent offenders currently incarcerated for possession of marijuana. since many of our elected officials have already admitted to the use of marijuana and if these mandatory minimums were imposed on them they would find themselves incarcerated but moreover never having the ability to serve our nation in the capacities in which they do. In addition to the pardons there should be expungement of those minor possession records in order that the nonviolent offenders could be able to return to the community and be gainfully employed and resume their lives considering a number of states have already legalized marijuana and have decriminalized it in many areas this is the only appropriate action as a compassionate nation.
