Mankind's long-term viability and existence depends on our ability to move beyond our solar system and populate other places beyond Earth and other bodies warmed by our Sun. This petition seeks to create an Executive Order on the viability and timeline for interstellar travel -- the pros, cons, budgetary/economic implications, as well as the the commercial, industrial, and policy prerequisites.
