Audited PERM applications in 2008 (2-3 years), 2009(1-2 years), 2010(1 year) and 2011 (Unknown) to get a response. This response time has varied from 6 months to 3 years in the past. we request DOL to process PERM audits in fixed time. Let it be an approval or denial we would like to get a response in a fixed time (example 6 months).
The variability in time is ruining our professional and personal lives. Other option would be to introduce PERM audit premium processing at some additional cost.This would bring in more money to Govt and provide more employment
