The Judicial and disciplinary systems have failed America. We live in a country where there are as many Americans with 4 year degrees as there are Americans with criminal records. Time and time again this policy where we arrest, convict and incarcerate has produced no result. Within 5 years 77% of all released prisoners have been rearrested. As a government for the people and by the people it is time to reevaluate this institution. The current one has been a catastrophic failure and has cost myself and other tax payers egregious amounts. Adopt policies similar to Norway's that actually fix the issue and cost tax payers less.
