We the people never agreed to do business with people who help drug cartels murder our children.
HSBC is essentially getting away with helping drug cartels, having to pay fines is not nearly enough. Without them the cartels wouldn't be able to operate, yet all they do is pay a fine? Federal Prison time should be mandatory is you are using your business to help the cartels.
If they are guilty enough to pay a fine they are guilty enough to do that with their entire wealth and face prison time. We admittedly need banks, which is why the industry needs huge punishments for helping these organizations.
