Mr. President, & Congress,

The Privacy Act does not protect American's that are elderly, handicapped, vetrans, disabled, or the disadvantaged today. Organizations & gov. agencies pilfer personal information from such people. It needs to stop. The reporting or documentation that agencies or organizations request are fraudulent, abusive, and they do not protect such American's from such fraud, abuse, or discrimination or disenfranchisement.
