Almost every American who has had to go to the DMV at some point can testify that the DMV is one of the most poorly run federal systems that currently exists. The DMV is plagued with long lines, incompetent employees, and administrative issues. Allowing the DMV to be privatized under stringent federal regulation would increase incentives for employees, improve efficiency, and maintain the safety of America's roads.
