By Privatizing the mail delivery, it would save the American taxpayers billions upon billion of dollars. It is well known that the U.S. Postal Service employees are unmotivated, uneducated and would fail as employees in the private sector. Fed Ex, UPS and other private companies are FAR SUPERIOR in mail delivery and are already in this business. No where in the Constitution does it state that the Federal Government should be in the Fed Ex or UPS business (mail delivery).
