Securing America's airports is a top priority to preserving our way of life, maintaining a strong economy, and providing connectivity and integration among all communities. Since the unfortunate events of September 11, 2001 the TSA has grown into an over-staffed and highly unproductive task force that lacks that lacks the respect of the general public. Additionally, like many other government agencies, the TSA lacks general accountability to how tax dollars are spent securing our airports and the millions of passengers that fly every year. Privatizing this agency would enable streamlined operations and cost savings for tax payers by:
1) Integrating best practices from corporate America
2) Establish a re-hiring and testing program to ensure only the best personnel work in the agency
