My Uncle has been in the US Army for over 20 years as a Major, a Chaplin, and a victim of the VA Hospital Scandal. My Uncle was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder while suffering from multiple gallbladder stones to the point where his gallbladder exploded, causing severe internal pain. Out of 1,600 troops he had to wait on a doctor in the VA Hospital. By which, high portions of his comrades died due to the improper treatment of the VA Hospital. With massive federal debt, a growing population, and wars being conducted, public healthcare cannot accommodate the current demand of troops that need healthcare. Private hospitals are for non-profit, affordable for troops, and relieve stress from the US gov't, since they don't have to intervene. Make the VA Healthcare System private.
