The Ugandan president cited scientific proof that homosexuality is 'learned' behavior. Can we send him and his constituents real proof that homosexuality is not 'learned' behavior? This has been proven. Can we also encourage the investigation of the American right-wing groups that helped to influence the Ugandan legislation in 2009? I believe their visit with Ugandan officials incited these terrible offenses of civil liberties.
Can we also request of the Ugandan president that anyone seeking medical care for HIV/AIDS will not be prosecuted under this new law?
