Procecute Racketeering and Trafficing Polygamists Groups Under RICO act

After the LSD banned polygamy in 1980 many renegade fundamentalists fled from Salt Lake City to the surrounding deserts. They created compunds so they can persue their lifestyles. While this seems harmless, since as Americans we have the right to our own religious beliefs. However today, these fundamentalists enclaves now operate as a racket. The male elders marry girls as young as 10. They use fear and isolation tactics to manipulate these women and girls to sustain their lifestyle, often kicking out their young boys to lower their competition. They intimidate those who leave and traffic those inside for slave labor.
