US Police originations has repeatedly committed acts of domestic & international terrorism during its history. The latest attacks against non-violent unarmed black law abiding citizens has completed all three requirements to be defined as a domestic terrorist group.
"Domestic terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics: Including but not limited to acts endangering human life that violate federal and state law, intimidation of a civilian population, killing or attempted killing of unarmed law abiding citizens.
