Hundreds of lives are the loss after each catastrophes like in New York or Washington D.C. We are supposed to be protected, not to be buried under crashing buildings. We need their power to face forces from other worlds, or something we do not understand. However, we can not let them be active as an independent organization. These enhanced people have powers, which cause destrustion.
We the People ask Mr. President of The United States to push the progress of restriction in order to keep innocent people safe from either our enemies or our avengers.
