Proclaim April 7,2014 a remembrance day for the victims of the genocide committed againsted the Tutsis in RWanda.

Created by A.M. on March 08, 2014

Rwandans have been remembering the victims of Genocide for two decades now but other countries do not yet they are part and parcel of this tragedy because genocide is an international crime. Every country should have such remebrances and take measures to prevent genocide from happening elesewhere in this world.

I would like to express gratitude towards the governmemnt of the United States of America for taking this initiative and urge other countries to emulate this.Together we say never again to genocide and its ideology.
