In this era of uncertainty, we the undersigned ask that the Obama Administration declare the breathing of Oxygen to be both healthy for all and a basic human right that should be readily available, regardless of race, gender, social standing, or sexual identity.
That this action may result in the suffocation of certain obstinate obstructionists is known, but is considered to be an acceptable trade off.
