We believe that necking is an American tradition with a well-established place in our country's history, art, and culture.
We believe an annual National Day of Necking would help make us a more perfect union, and assist both citizens and non-citizens in pursuing their individual happiness.
We propose August 14th, six months from Valentines Day, as the date to observe this annual National Day of Necking each year.
