I would petition that a Presidential Proclamation be issued proclaiming that the state of Alabama will now and forever be referred to as "The State of Alabama, who would be last in everything were it not for Mississippi" and the name of Mississippi remain unchanged. Also, the spooning between these two states should investigated. It just seems unnatural.
