This year marks the 25th anniversary of Happiness Day which has been celebrated regionally over the internet since 1998. To uplift the spirit of our nation, we believe that it is in their best interest if the government would proclaim September 24th 2013, National Happiness Day. An ancient proverbs reads,"A Merry Heart Is Just Like Medicine." We are asking that President Obama, enact this day by Presidential Proclamation
