Procure his campaign promise 305; providing job opportunity not only to nonviolent felons, but to all “reformed” felons

With the tens of hundreds thousands of offenders (felons) needing to make a successfully reentry, and fulfilling a campaign promise 305 nationwide, provides opportunity not only just too the nonviolent offenders, but also to all “reformed felons.” This Perfect Law of Liberty calls for dismantling our current legal employment law environment that does not work. What does works to rebuilding this environment is inclusion. Ohio employers and across must encompass an ex-offender’s hiring policy. This can be achieved by instituting an all-inclusive reform to ineffective public policies, racial inequalities, and judicial injustices. OPJ’s Initiative; Felons Reentry is through Education and Employment (FREE), will profoundly bring about a positive social change to formerly offenders.
