Demand Congress and White house do THEIR job and pass our budget or forfeit THEIR pay. A budget must be submitted by the President no later than the 1st Monday in February, as prescribed by law. The pay freeze shall remain in effect till The American Budget is passed as prescribed by law. No delays or short term fixes are acceptable. The lost pay will not be retroactively awarded when a budget is passed. Consider this Congresses part to reducing our countries debt.
