ALL Welfare recipients must perform, and provide proof of, State/ Federal regulated & scheduled VOLUNTEER HOURS worked before receiving any state and/or federal assistance. The number of volunteer hours performed will form the basis of the benefits provided. People who refuse to work, or show proof of work performed, will not receive any benefits.
