Professional and non partition redraw of district lines for the US Congress.

The District lines are currently drawn my Congress. On both a Federal and State level this need to become a Professional, Non Partisan, Multi member board who will redraw the lines of Districts. This will happen with the New Census information every 10 years. Once appointed these positions become lifetime or until remove from office is required by violating the law. That would include taking ANY gifts or funding from Special interest. Any vested interest in a special interest would keep that person from becoming or remaining a member of the Board.
