We petition the Obama Administration:
1. To Allow Foreign Professionals holding work visas such as H1B, TN or PERM certified to apply for a green card on their own without the need of corporate or company sponsorship.
2. To Qualify to this program you have to be a foreign professional holding an H1B, TN or Hold a current DOL PERM certification,
3. More than 5 years continuously legally working in the USA.
4. No Criminal Records.
