Have tiered business/corporate operational standards for consumer, employee (especially health care, continuing education, and bonus/revenue sharing), environmental, and perhaps even social/philanthropic issues based on profit levels. This will allow smaller businesses the chance to get their ground without so many regulations and hold larger businesses accountable to the premiere standards of positive benefit on the world, in turn benefiting their business and US business overall in turn.
