We progressive Democrats shall vote for Hillary R. Clinton for President if prior to October 1, 2016 both President Barack H. Obama and Hillary R. Clinton give their respective solemn vows to veto the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement if said Agreement is passed by the Congress of the United States during their respective tenures as President.
If prior to October 1, 2016 both President Barack H. Obama and Hillary R. Clinton do not give their respective solemn vows to veto the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement then progressive Democrats shall be considered free to vote their conscience at the behest and encouragement of President Obama and/or Hillary R. Clinton whether that vote for president is for Hillary R. Clinton, Donald J. Trump, Dr. Jill E. Stein, or Gary E. Johnson.
