No mother should be able to kill her unborn child legally but a woman who kills her child gets life in prison. Both should be punished! The first section of the 14th Amendment says "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property". Many argue that it is the mother's body, then if she doesn't want a child why is she having sex! Others say that the child isn't alive, after 3 weeks the child has a heartbeat and after 17 days the child has their own DNA, they'er alive! Others say abortion is ok because the child doesn't feel pain; at 12 weeks the child responds to pain and many abortions happen after the 12th week!
So a mother can walk in to a clinic and kill her child but if a man kills a woman who is pregnant it is 2 counts of murder Stop killing millions of babies!
