This petition is designed to make it a law that abortion is illegal except in the cases where a woman is pregnant due to rape or incest. If giving birth to the child would permanently harm or kill the mother then it is an exception to the rule as well. A child is a life, unborn or not. They deserve the same human rights as other humans.
