Because the National Institutes of Health and the Office of National Drug Control Policy have acknowledged Alcohol as an addictive and harmful drug, we request that the federal government once again prohibit manufacturing, sale, use and possession of alcoholic beverages nationwide, just as Cannabis is treated now.
