Prohibit all aliens who work/own businesses in the USA from sending tens of thousands of dollars back to thier counrty. I have personally witnessed a Chinese reastaurant owner sending $10,000 to China on multiple occasions by Western Union. This money should be re-entered into our economy istead of aiding a communist country.
