Prohibit all domestic spying on all citizens of the U.S. unless probable cause can be demonstrated in court.

We petition the Obama administration and the congress to stop all domestic spying on citizens of the United States of America without probable cause presented to a court. Essentially, we are asking that the Fourth Amendment be followed, since the Bill of Rights should be more important than laws and executive agency administrative policies.
