Stop all states from taking children from loving parents homes where abuse and neglect is not occurring. Federally prohibit all states from using a conviction for abuse/neglect that is over 15 years old to take children from homes where the parents have changed and no abuse/neglect is currently taking place. Stop DHS abuse of power, and uphold a parents right to raise their children. You don't castrate the men and you don't do hysterectomies on women when you terminate their rights to a child. People change and deserve to raise their children as the constitution states. Make the DHS "legal kidnapping" of children federally illegal when no abuse/neglect is present in the home and let parents and children remain together as they should be.
