PROHIBIT any form of protest or organized demonstration at, around or even about funerals nationally.

With little to comfort them in their time of loss, the last thing those in mourning need is someone or some group to heckle and berate their deceased loved one(s) as well as those attending the funeral. These "people" who engage in such deplorable acts should be prosecuted for the emotional damage caused to the family and friends of the deceased, as well as the invasion of a private, solemn event. This may seem like an infringement to free speech and expression. But what of the rights of the family and friends of the deceased? Are they not entitled to protection from people who abuse their rights? If a person's way of expressing themselves is killing people, should THAT be permitted as well just because of a constitutional technicality? Not all "peaceful" protests are peaceful, ie WBC.
