PROHIBIT any U.S. government agency website from establishing rules and thresholds laws on online government petitions websites.
It is against our 1st amendment for a government website to place any threshold laws or rules and abridge the number of votes needed to make a petition searchable and listed on a government directory such as in the "we the people" directory.
As written by our forefathers:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the FREE EXERCISE thereof; or ABRIDGING the FREEDOM OF SPEECH, or of the PRESS; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
-The First Amendment, United States Constitution
