There are post secondary schools and institutions of higher learning that prohibit entry based on internal and discriminatory restrictions against hair length and/or style, largely affecting minorities whose culture or preference may lean towards longer hair, dreadlocks or other styles not deemed preferable by that school. Such a rule is a form of discrimination, in that a child with a particular hair preference cannot learn or contribute in a manner contradictory to such preconceived notions. Simply put, we should enforce the "Sampson Rule", which will end such discrimination. Give all people a chance, despite how we perceive them.
