Prohibit armed weaponry in the U.S. Excluding law enforcement

Prohibit firearms in the U.S. With the exlusion of law enforcement agencies. Also allow every law enforcement officers to undergo psychological evaluations every 2 1/2 months. Increase gun safety more effectively by getting the law enforcement officers to attend annual gun safety meetings, ran by trained proffessionals who have a deeper understanding guns and the safety thereof. Make it vital for every school in the U.S. Not just those with a history of violence, but with every school that could have potential violence; to have metal detectors at every main opening.
