Prohibit Chinese officials and their family members to migrate to America and inspect their illegal property in America

Many Chinese officials with huge corruptions are trying to migrate to America to abscond. Most of the money they bring to America is illegal.
These officials first try to let their offsprings to study in America and then migrate their wives. After illegally gathering huge amount of money, they apply business immigrants or even abscond to America. In China we call these "naked officials", which means their relatives and properties are all transfered into America and continue to graft.
The government of United States always acquiesce these Chinese officials, which violated the justice and the human rights of Chinese people.
