prohibit congressmen and women from signing pledges to support anything other than our constitution

Design legislation making it illegal for congressmen or women to sign pledges or other restrictive documents that in any way control their vote.
Congress men and women should represent their constituants; the constitution and our bill of rights.
It should be declared illegal for any person or organization to require members of congress to vote in any perscribed way or fear retaliation from these people for not following their direction.
