Congress has done more to wound the fabric of the American Republic than any weapon or disaster yet encountered. With no liklihood of Congress balancing the budget, stopping non-declared warfare, or protecting the nation's infrastructure, the control most needed now by the American people is Congress Control. One way to limit the damage done by Congress or any other elected body is to immediately ban consecutive service by anyone for any /all elected position(s).
