The government should not allow current or recent former corporate executives to work for, contract for, or advise government agencies that the corporation could potentially benefit from influencing policy and regulations.
Former Execuives would have to be separated from the corporation with the conflict of interest for at least 5 years to be considered.
Monsanto executives working for and advising the EPA is a prime example of this kind of corruption.
