Prohibit credit card companies from threatening, showing up & demand payment at homes & places of employment.

Created by N.L. on February 19, 2014

Recently, Capital One bank sent a contract update to cardholders saying it can, "contact you in any manner we choose." That includes calls, emails, texts or "personal visits" to a cardholder's home or work.

Financial institutions and various companies have been bailed out from their debt by the government, however the American people have had to deal with loss of employment & an increasingly aggressive & harassing collection campaign by these banks and credit card companies. Unless the citizen's debts are also forgiven and we are bailed out, we should be able to work and live without being harassed in person by these companies. A knock on the door will NOT help America get out of debt & it should be ILLEGAL.
