Several times a week, an ESCO salesmen knocks on my door claiming to be from Con Ed (uur energy supplier) even though their ID clearly states some other energy company. They claim that they are here to save me money - either to see if we have received some bogus discount from our energy company, or to cut down our monthly energy costs. I just need to give them a copy of my electric bill.
I feel that they should not be allowed to come to my apartment, or lie to me, or ask for my personal information. They are becoming a nuisance.
