The FBI will soon move out of its headquarters building in downtown Washington, DC. Currently, both DC and Maryland recognize the right of gays and lesbians to get married. Virginia does not. The Administration must not allow the nation's top law enforcement agency to move to a state that discriminates against fundamental human rights.
