Prohibit the introduction, sponsoring or vote on legislation by any federally elected official/legislature, particularly those which are members of committees, where a clear and present conflict-of-interest exists. In lieu of strict prohibition, then posting of said conflict-of-interests for all affected parties and monies involved prominently on government websites and as addenda to said legislation for easy review by peers and the voting public.
