I wish to Petition the White House to pass a bill that prevents Federal and State Governments from offering Nation wide or State wide Bids for service as this would Eliminate Small local business from contention.
Example: The state of Virginia put up for bid the Vending Machine Services at all the State's Interstate Rest areas.
This type of Bid only affords the participation of a few of the larger State wide Vending companies and Eliminates the participation of local based vending companies because of their limited size and service area.
