Prohibit any and all federally licensed firearms dealers from accepting government-funded social assistance as a form of payment for any and all products sold by a licensed firearm dealer. Licensed firearm dealers shall be defined as any person, partnership, corporation, LLC, retailer or wholesaler selling firearms, ammunition, or associated products. Government-funded social assistance payments shall include all forms of assistance including, but not limited to; food stamps, supplemental security income, temporary assistance for needy families, medicaid and medicare issued funds or credits. Acceptance of such forms of payment for any product sold by licensed firearms dealers shall be considered a violation of the terms and conditions of their licensing agreement.
