Prohibit the Funneling of Money from Corporate Lobbyists to Nominees and Incumbents of Legislative and Executive Offices

Created by G.T. on March 27, 2013

This administration must end the practice of funneling corporate funds through private or public lobbying to Legislative and Executive Office nominees on the local, state, and federal levels for campaign funding, as well as conspiring to influence the policies or votes of Elected Officials in any way. Once a private citizen becomes a servant of the public, they must cease all financial ties to the Private Sector: all ownership, shares, and stock in private businesses and public corporations, etc. Incumbents must only accept the salary that their constituents afford them and solely represent the interests of their constituents. Additionally, it must be prohibited for incumbents to participate in “off-the-record” meetings with agents of businesses and corporations ex. The Bilderberg Group.
