Both Sony and Microsoft have been very vocal about the next generation of consoles being unable to play used games. Each game you buy will be registered to your specific console and account. Not only does this make it so we, the customer, can not sell our games for a small cut back once we beat them, but it takes away all business of places that focus on both rentals and resale as a majority of their profit. ex. Gamestop or Family Video. As an avid gamer, that also means we cannot simply take our games to a friends house to play any games. The companies want a cut of resale when they already make $60.00 per game. Please, protect both the stores and the customers from having to overpay for the things we love and protect the jobs of those who provide those things.
