The Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX, and the ADA prohibits public educational institutions that receive federal funding from discriminating against students on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, & national origin.
The Boy Scouts of America & the Girl Scouts of America are both discriminatory groups that promote inequality and prejudice towards Homosexuals. Blatantly firing scout masters and denying hard working members badges and awards all because of their sexuality.
Schools should be free of prejudice and discrimination, both of which the BSA and GSA promote. It's therefore requested that the Secretary of Education, federally disbar them from soliciting members in Public Educational facilities.
