It is illogical for the citizens of this dynamic and evolving country to expect our officials to be experts in this field where professionals belong. There are very few professions that require an expert. The very best that the citizens of this great country deserve is a professional. An expert is someone who thinks he has all the answers, whereas a professional takes into account all the variables involved before he answers or pledges. We have from the very beginning of this Republic to evolve, an the American Spirit will always continue to set the world standard of Democracy.
